Your order will be processed within 72 hours. We ship worldwide to all countries including: USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, all EU countries, Russia, India, Singapore, Japan, South Korea. 

While most of our products are shipped from the United States, occasionally certain products are shipped from our overseas warehouse. 

The item will be at your doorstep within 5-15 working days depending on your delivery address. 

All our items are shipped with tracking numbers.


If you would like to return an item for any reason whatsoever, please reach out to us at hello@browspop.com within 30 days of receiving the product for further instructions. If the product is defective, please email us a video on how the product is defective & we will gladly issue a refund. 

If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again & contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@browspop.com 

Return Shipping 

To return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
